I have spent most of my working life installing and servicing electronic systems and networks. I found that this piqued my interest in the neural pathways of the mind and how and why they are formed. Just like a computer network all the information in your mind flows freely, it only takes one corrupted bit of data or damaged pathway to affect the running of the whole system. It may not be noticeable, but it affects the running of the system in one way or another.
From this I discovered hypnotherapy and how by communicating directly with the subconscious mind new neural connections can be created, forming new pathways and in turn allowing a person to change their negative behaviours to more useful and positive ones or allowing them to overcome the things that hold them back from reaching their goals.
There became a point where I wanted to help people change their lives for the better, either by changing their negative beliefs and behaviours or helping them overcome obstacles that are holding them back from their goals.
For this I studied NLP (neural linguistic programming) and hypnotic language skills, going on to complete training with one of the country’s leading and well-respected hypnotherapy training centers.
I believe in continuous professional development, refreshing my current skills and developing new hypnotherapy techniques to ensure positive results for my clients.
